If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify ACH.au in writing. Once ACH.au receives your notice, the cancellation will take effect subject to the following:
- If cancellation occurs before 90 days of your departure date, your full deposit will be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs after 90 days of your departure date, 20% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 60 days of your departure date, 30% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 30 days of your departure date, 50% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 15 days of your departure date, 70% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 7 days of your departure date, 100% of the tour price will be forfeited.
No refunds will be provided if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after it starts. If you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip, refunds will be at the discretion of the Alpine Club of Himalaya Australia (ACH.au). Additionally, no refunds will be made for unused accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or any other services.
For all 2025, 2026 & 2027 Departures, booked in 2025
- The full balance is due 45 days before the start date.
- Book Now & Travel anytime between 2025, 2026 & 2027. Your deposit is secure, transferable at your will, or rescheduled for a future date; there are no surcharges or penalties, or fees.
These rules do not apply to Holiday/ Trip Packages bought through third-party websites. They shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the website from which the Alpine Club of Himalaya Australia was booked. Alpine Club of Himalaya Australia will not be accountable for any refunds for excursions booked through third-party websites.
